To turn off the collar, you must first wake up the screen. Next, unlock the collar and hold the power button.

Please follow the three steps below:

1) Tap any button to wake up the screen

2) Tap the left button three times in a row

3) Hold the right button for 3-5 seconds If done properly, the collar will beep and vibrate once and the screen will turn off. The collar is now off.

There is a small reset button located just near the USB charging port. While the collar is on, you can press this with a paper clip or sim card tool to reset the electronics to the factory settings.
